Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Inside Out Academy!

By enrolling your child at our academy, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from enrolling your child.

1. Enrolment and Attendance:
By enrolling your child at Inside Out Academy, you agree to abide by our enrolment policies and ensure regular attendance, unless otherwise communicated with the academy administration.

2. Fees and Payments:
Fees are due in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of your child’s enrolment.

3. Code of Conduct:
We expect all children, parents, and staff to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all times. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in disciplinary action, including possible dismissal.

4. Health and Safety:
The health and safety of our students are of utmost importance. Parents are required to inform us of any health concerns or special needs their child may have. Additionally, we reserve the right to exclude any child from attending if they pose a risk to themselves or others due to illness or contagious condition.

5. Communication:
We strive to maintain open communication with parents/guardians. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date, and feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

6. Withdrawal Policy:
Should you wish to withdraw your child from Inside Out Academy, we require written notice at least 2 months in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in accordance with our withdrawal policy.

7. Photography and Media Consent:
By enrolling your child at Inside Out Academy, you grant us permission to use photographs or videos of your child for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Cape, South Africa.

9. Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Any changes will be communicated to parents/guardians in advance.
